Role in Pack Situation: Leader because she's usually alone. Even so, Kotone would only listen to someone she has complete respect for, should she join a pack.
Appearance.
Clothing:Kotone wears a pair of light blue faded jeans, rolled up almost to her knees. Her upper body is clad in a brown jacket with a spade and diamond design on the back and a fuzzy hood, beneath it there's a black fishnet covered sleeveless, fishnets reaching to her elbows. Her footwear consists of brown white tipped boots. Hanging from her right shoulder and across her chest is a green bag covered in charms/patches and usually filled with treats or stolen food for her travels.
Physical Description:
Her body build can be described as a medium-small size. Her posture would be another product of this, clothed in the attire as seen above, she's usually either sitting, standing casually, or preparing for an escape (people really don't like it when you take their stuff). Faux's hair is cut short, about an inch below her ears in the front, and is an unusual orange shade. Her eyes are a matching color in both her human and wolf form.
Wolf Description:
Faux's fur is black and darker from the ears down, becoming lighter until they reach a dusty grey with a white patch along her stomach and chest. The same pattern continues on her legs and tail. Her eyes are the same as her human form; a copper orange-brown color and hold a carefree look to them. Her posture's about the same, an almost lanky look.
Inner.
Personality:
Kotone is easy-going, preferring to 'go with the flow' rather than stir up trouble. Still, she always finds herself getting involved in it everywhere she goes. Friendly by nature, she's more outgoing than you'd expect a lone to be, and holds a sense of humor on high regard. Not lazy nor hyper, while she doesn't like to start trouble, she has no problem ending it. It isn't easy for Kotone to get attached, as well as gain her loyalty.
History:
Kotone opened her eyes as a pup to an empty, damp cave. Wandering to the mouth of the cave from a bed made of grass, she poked her head outside to a restless blizzard. For days she lay in that cave, the mouth becoming packed with snow, starving to death and scared. Only when the storm stopped did something stir at the opening. She was too tired to open her eyes, even when the shadow passed over her and disappeared back into the white unknown.
The figure returned, the smell of blood reaching the pup's nose. She finally woke up. The first course of action she took was to stand on tired legs and practically devour the snow rabbit placed before her, only looking to the stranger when she had her full. It was an old wolf with many deep scars covering his body. He wordlessly took her in, not that he ever spoke even after many endless days of travel passed. She had begun to think he couldn't speak at all, only giving her steely leers or motions of his head as a sign. She never did know what happened to her real parents and was too young to remember what they looked like. She didn't know this old wolf's name, either, simply naming him Elder. She didn't even know where they were going, but followed without protest. He saved her life, afterall.
Kotone found Elder fighting off creatures covered in black armor, when he ran off to hunt. They were shocking him with rods as he struggled to escape a net. She struggled to get down the hillside, aiming to get them while their backs were turned. Elder then shot her a glare from the ground. A look that spoke to her without words. She grudgingly hid behind some rubble, anger forgotten at his command. He was then taken away and she was alone again. She followed the tracks and smell of oil left by the machine. Faux had never seen an automobile before.
The tracks ended at a town, mixing in with other foreign smells and sights. She wandered in, keeping her distance from the humans as she weaved in and out of the crowds. Soon enough she ran into two orphan children, before tripping over her and running off. She picked up the stolen bag and trotted after them. For a few years she never left their side, keeping the orphans in town out of trouble. Living with the human children, she learned convenience as a thief, and hasn't actually hunted since she was three. But soon freedom called to her in the form of a song. A very distant melody that couldn't quite be placed.
Her travels towards the sound and almost sweet smell, drifting every once in awhile on the breeze, led her from city to city. During this time she took the shape of a human to fit in better. It stopped as she came across Nari City. Sticking around this new town, she gets an almost nostalgic feeling.
Rp Example:
This is in reply to 'Losing is -not- an option' under Nari City.
Three days passed and she was starving.
Why'd this have to happen to me? Kotone whined to the empty cage mentally, in wolf form. She'd been doing that a lot lately, or at least since she was caught and captured while trying to break in.
Her stomach regions growled. Curled up in a ball, head on paws, she sighed. Her eyes were furrowed in concentration. Think of anything but food...anything but doughnuts and nachos...
Years of convenience and grocery store snacks had finally caught up with her. Despite getting sick from eating so much sugar, she seemed to have grown an attachment to such things...oh, what she'd do for some jerky...
Then there was that awful stench. Every time a human entered the room, it wafted in after them through the open door, curdling the empty pit that was Kotone's stomach and making her want to vomit. Damn that smell...and what were those men in white doing there, anyways? Whatever it was, she knew it couldn't be good, and that stench was unusually similar to old rancid meat...and thoughts that that could be her soon wasn't helping.
Faux's ears perked up, her entire body flinching at the sound of a screeching alarm, echoing along the chipped walls of the confinement room. She stood full length, her legs tired from laying for 48 hours. She gave up on tackling the two inched bars surrounding her the day before yesterday, finally giving into exhaustion from struggling and the effects of sleeping darts. There were also signs that she had also put her canines to work, but to no avail. It seemed to have been built for large creatures.
She stared at the door, a frown beginning to settle. What could be going on out there, in this crazy place, she wondered?
